Love Beal Nixon complaint

I am in a war with Love Beal & Nixon I am battling

they said I had a debt with J.C. Penny's. I have never had a card or bill yet they came up with my

a 900.00 + account I do not or never have had one.

This is a case of identy theft.I have sent them certified letters as I will keep doing .There are thing you can do.Do not admit to a amount of money you owe if you do not owe it.Do not call them.

Do not answer them on the phone, only through certified letters.I hope some one will let me know

if there is sute on them. The fair debt act will help people if they will spend the time do look up what you need to do agenst them.

Tell them to produce the original application with your signature on it & statements (that will have an address in it) and tell them you also need a statement showing the last payment date. If they dont have a last paydate made on the credit card the SOL's (statutes of limitations) could possibly have run out ..its 5 yrs in Okla.

If they have all these documents (which I doubt) and your name is on it simply take the info to the police dept & file a police report then they are sol
